Order Acknowledgement
All orders will be acknowledged by fax or e-mail. Please carefully check this against your purchase order for any variances.
• Our business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) Monday through Friday
• Orders under $75 will be subject to a $10 small order charge.
• Net 30 Days on approved credit only
• Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts
• VISA, MasterCard, and Amex accepted
• Third party billing is available upon request
• Some products require assembly
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from Care-tek (excluding items listed below), please call our Customer Service for authorization to return it within 14 days of invoice date for a full refund or credit.
• No returns on used or non-stock items, custom or large quantity orders (2+ units) including furniture and seating, keyboard arms, personal apparel, material handling equipment OR orders past 30 days of invoice date
• Please contact Care-tek for a Return Authorization Number before returning any product
• All returns must be shipped via courier, freight prepaid, in original cartons with proper inner packaging
• Returns after 14 days will be assessed a 25% charge to cover the cost of inspection and restocking
• Customers must contact product manufacturers when warranties apply

Care-tek Corporation denies liability for any and all demands, actions, causes of action, claims, losses, damages (including incidental and consequential damages), costs and expenses that may arise from the use of any products sold and services rendered by Care-tek Corporation, or from any advice given or representations made by Care-tek Corporation and/or its authorized representatives concerning the use of any products or services sold.
• Most orders are shipped prepaid and charged F.O.B. Burlington, Ontario.
• Please let us know if you would like us to ship via your courier.
• Freight quotes are estimates only, we are not responsible for actual charges in excess of an estimate.
• All specifications in this catalogue are approximate.
